From his diploma at the Siena Art Institute to his expertise in industrial design, Cristian Gori's work is born from the intersection of artisanal know-how and innovation. After starting out in his father's wrought iron company, he embarked on a thirty-year professional partnership with the Archirivolto (Pocci + Dondoli) studio, gaining a broad understanding of the global market and earning prestigious awards, including the Young&Design awards in 1997 and 2001 at a young age. This professional evolution led him to co-found Studio Zest, where he brings his experience to offer cutting-edge design. His primary focus is seating in all its forms: over the years, he has developed a specific ability to combine the needs of the home sector with the technical performance of contract and office environments. He defines himself as a chair designer with a visceral passion, ranging from product consultancy to art direction, always keeping the harmony of the object and its feasibility at the center: "Each project must be the perfect synthesis between the soul of the design and the industrial reality."
